Book Review – Apollo by Carly Spade

Dancing, music, lust, passion, excitement. This book really has it all!!

Ladies and Gents, she has done it again. The second book of the series is now available and if you enjoyed Hades then you’ll love this just as much!!

Everyone fancies a Rockstar growing up right?? Well, not this girl, she finds him irritating, smug, cocky, yet… she just can’t help but gravitate to him all the time. Why?? Fate maybe?? Ballet dancer Laurel just can’t seem to shake him.

Then we have the Rockstar. Lead singer Ace from Apollo Son’s is everything you expect of a Rockstar and more. He has the hair, the abs, the talent. But there’s more to him than meets the eye.

Has the God of Sun finally found his Muse?? Will Laurel’s hunger for her artistic passion finally be fed??

My Thoughts

I thoroughly enjoyed this book from start to finish!! It was so relatable in so many ways. Carly really has a talent for making you feel such strong emotions and connections to the characters. It’s so easy to believe that you’re there in the story with them.

This story really brought to life the reality of being a modern-day ballerina and rockstar. The highs and lows, and the all too often misjudgment. I highly recommend you giving this a read!! With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, this would be the PERFECT gift for that special bookworm in your life!!

Carly is an adult romance writer who has been writing since she could pick up a pencil.
